In today's digital era, we're often found with a phone in our hand, whether for distraction, entertainment or connection. But with this constant blue light surrounding us, there can be detrimental effects on our eyesight, sleep and mental health. With your kids

  1. Build a blanket fort in the living room.
  2. Bake something simple together - easy sponge cake anyone?
