Discover De Brabantse Hei in Hooge Mierde, North Brabant. Johnny and Inge raise 200 different beautiful cow breeds here. The cows are happy at this farm! They graze on the meadow half of the year and the calves stay with their mother during its first months. Your tent has an unobstructed view over the potato and corn fields and are situated around the animal and playground fields, so you can keep an eye on the children.

Mountain biking or a day at the amusement park

The Efteling, Beekse Bergen and Bobbejaanland are all within a half-hour drive from the farm. Mountain bike lovers will certainly enjoy De Brabantse Hei, as beautiful cycling routes have been mapped out from the farm! In Reusel you can swim in the splash pond and go fishing.

What to do on De Brabantse Hei Farm

Cuddle rabbits and guinea pigs in the cuddle barn or pamper the horses and ponies. You can participate in Johnny’s and Inge’s ‘crowdbutching’. This means that everyone can purchase a piece of the cow and when all parts of the cow is sold, the cow is then slaughtered. That way, there is never any waste of meat! The children can get a delicious bbq package from the honesty shop while you light the bbq. Eat together on the picnic table in front of your tent. End the evening with a campfire and then dive into your comfy bed. This was a day full of Brabant cosiness! And tomorrow... we'll just do it again!
