When Jessica Shand stayed at Heydon Grove Farm in Norfolk during the summer with her family, she wanted to create a tasty, healthy meal that the whole family could enjoy together, with added health benefits thrown in too.
With the sun shining and the barbecue glowing, she brought together two delicious recipes made to be enjoyed around the table with family and friends. Served alongside fresh, local meat, they’re perfect for a relaxed family barbecue; the kind where everyone lingers a little longer and enjoys good food and great company. We hope you’ll give these recipes a try, whether you’re cooking them at home or enjoying them during your farm stay, and that they become firm favourites in your household too.
