A fantastic weekend break . We had a phone call from the farmer to check we had essentials to ensure we were ready for a weekend in October . On arrival we were welcomed and showed to our tent . Yes your are camping but with luxury , the beds , the floor and running water . First night dropped to 4 we were warm ! The highlights were farmers tour , seeing a ten min old cow walk , a ducks egg and watching my girls forget London and really play . Already looked at going back . Thank you

location excellent, (and location of tents) farming family warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay enjoyable, one tip I would give is anyone staying, please take thermos flask if the first thing you look for in the morning is a cuppa, kettle/stove takes ages to light and boil, but that's the only thing I would comment on, but your.re camping .)

We thoroughly enjoyed our farm stay. It was an idyllic setting, with an incredible view. The location was ideal for accessing various places on the South Coast. The tent was comfortable, spacious and set up well. Our daughter loved the cabin bed too. There was plenty of grassy area for her to safely roam around on, and woodland to explore in. We all had a wonderful time. So lovely to see the kids truly being 'free range children' and they loved being able to walk to the honesty shop, foraging for wood, and collecting eggs on their own safely. Thank you so much to Will, Anna and everyone else on the farm for making our time so enjoyable. They hit the perfect balance between being excellent hosts but not intrusive. Lovely to be on a proper working farm. Thanks too to Luke for an extremely enjoyable and informative buggy tour of the farm - and for accommodating our timing! And finally, really comfy beds and bedding - even sleeping (as an adult) in the top bunk!

Your canvas hideaway consists of three bedrooms, equipped with premium, unbelievably comfortable mattresses. You will find a spacious double bed, a cosy cupboard bed, and a handy bunk bed, ideal for up to 5 adults and a child up to 12 years old. Your kitchen is also fully equipped, guaranteeing the tastiest meals on your own wood-burning stove, and don't forget your own flushing toilet and private shower.
