The Sheep Detective and Feather Down Farms competition: Terms and Conditions

Prize Package For 2 Adults And 2 Children Under 16:

Travel Allowance: Provided to the value of £100 per person

Accommodation: 4 nights’ glamping at New Barn Farm, Feather Down, Bedfordshire, based on sharing a quadruple occupancy safari tent with private en-suite shower and hammock – provided by Feather Down

On-Site Farm Activities: Includes access to the cuddle barn, and bottle-feeding (available during Easter/Spring only) or pony grooming

Dinner At A Local Pub: Provided to the value of £50 per person, including gratuity

Meals Allowance: Provided to the total value of £400, to be spent at the on-site farm shop, or on meals from the farmer

Terms & Conditions:  

Prize is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16;

The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;

At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel;

Accommodation is based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 sharing a quadruple occupancy safari tent with private en-suite shower and hammock at New Barn Farm, Feather Down, Bedfordshire;

Accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients;

Check in at accommodation must be on a Monday;

The prize excludes meals and drinks (outside of those stated), excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;

All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion;

Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates no later than six weeks prior to departure;

All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time;

Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;

Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;

The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday;

Prize is valid until 7th September 2026;

Bottle feeding is seasonal and only available Easter/Spring period, if unavailable the pony grooming will be provided as an alternative;
