Feather Down
Options & pricesDiscover Penquelen Huella in Finistère, Brittany. This organic dairy farm with its low walls is typical of the region and is run by Cyrille and Clara. They have a colourful and varied herd of thirty dairy cows. The pigs, sheep, chickens, ducks, goats, cats and rabbits complete the picture. The lodges are set up on the edge of the field, in the shade of the trees, with a view of the meadow where the cows graze.
Penquelen Huella Farm is only 40 minutes from Concarneau. On the Breton coastline, you will find several hiking trails and dozens of cycle paths. From the farm you can discover the hilly countryside of the region and you can also take the opportunity to explore the surrounding villages.
Children will be able to look after the animals, go for a donkey ride, help the farmers milk the cows, swing and play in the straw in complete safety. In the honesty shop, you will find many regional products like sausages, local meats, cider and homemade apple juice... Stock up on some local produce and prepare a slow-cooked dinner on your wood-burning stove in your lodge or on the barbecue on your terrace. Take advantage of your holiday in our comfortable lodges to disconnect from everyday life and enjoy nature!

Meet your hosts
During our mid-thirties and forties, we made a career switch to live closer to nature. We chose to start a dairy farm and organic farm in one.
Cyril, who is a farmer’s son himself, wanted to live out his dream and saw this as an opportunity to share this with me and our youngest kids Yanis and Elise.
Our beautiful dairy farm has kept its authenticity through the years. We keep 30 cows all of which have their own individual look.
