Escape to a simpler life with Cor and Anja

Discover Hoeve de Pippert in Betuwe in the province of Gelderland, Ophemert. This large-scale dairy farm has about 180 cows and 130 cattle. Cor and Anja could use your help with feeding the calves! The tent house is beautifully located with a view of the cows grazing on the meadow.

Come along on the tractor!

The farmer will be more than happy to take you with him on a tractor ride and this ride ends in a nature reserve by the Steendert accompanied with a picnic. The area has many beautiful trails for strolling, cycling and walking. Do you want more action? You can take great canoe trips on the Linge river. Next to the farm is the Maria forest, where exciting explorations and huts can be made. The Betuwe is a versatile area where cultural history, nostalgia and water recreation go hand in hand. Do you prefer city activities? Then take a stroll through historic places such as Tiel or Culemborg.

What to do on Hoeve de Pippert in Betuwe

Take a peek into the cuddle barn, take care of the goat and groom the pony Isabelle. Want to jump and frolic? You can do this in the swinging barn! Cosy family weekend? There is a group tent where you can sit together around the open fire and share exciting stories. In the honesty shop you will find delicious home-made cheese, veal and fresh milk. Cook on the wood stove, light up the tent and sleep in comfy beds, what more could you ask for!
