We had a wonderful weekend at Mount Pleasant Farm celebrating Grandma's 70th birthday. Anna and Mike were great hosts and their farm is set in the gorgeous Dorset countryside with views that lift the heart. The kids loved having their own chickens to look after - especially when we got an egg! We also enjoyed our pizza party, using the special oven on site - delicious. Even though the weather wasn't perfect, the tent was cosy and well-equipped and the beds were blissfully comfy. The only disappointment were the showers which didn't work very well in either of the lodges that we had and lead to most of the group having an icy start to the day - which wasn't what we expected after choosing the frills option.

We visited Manor Farm with our two daughters aged 7yrs and 5yrs and were made to feel welcome from the second we arrived. Our tent was spacious, clean and well stocked, with very comfortable beds and decent shower and loo. The girls loved the cupboard bed and had fun playing hide and seek in all the tent's nooks and crannies. We had booked a Frills tent with hot tub and despite the cool weather the children loved having a splash! On the farm tour we were privileged to witness twin lambs being born - the children were thrilled and will cherish the experience for a long time. Feather Down Farm is a wonderful holiday concept. You have access to all the mod cons you could wish for, whilst still feeling that you are enjoying nature. Life slows down to a gentle pace and your priority becomes keeping the stove going and generating a steady supply of hot water. Although we didn't use our phones much, we were secretly pleased to discover that the 4G signal at Manor Farm was better than at home :)

A wonderful, welcoming place for our family get together. The tour was great and the pizzas and cider were delicious. All the cousins played happily in the wood and on the field with footballs and also enjoyed a swim in the pool. The tents were very comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We hadn't been all together since 2019 and it was the perfect place to be able to relax and enjoy each other's company.

We had a fantastic few days enjoying life on a farm in a lovely part of the Cotswolds. The facilities were excellent and our host was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Lots to do in the local area with lovely pubs for an evening meal. The kids enjoyed collecting fresh eggs in the morning. We will definitely be back!

We had a super time, recharged batteries, and just had some fantastic quality family time in the fresh air! The local walks right from the tent were easily accessible and as long or short as you want. We cooked outside most evenings and watched the sunset over the trees. We love our glamping holidays with Featherdown and Hidcote is our favourite destination so far!
