One of the delights of staying on a working farm is taking part in the farm tour, hosted by the farmers themselves. Watch cows being milked, get a first-hand look at how a farm works, and let your kiddos get their hands dirty and embrace nature like never before. Learning more about life on the farm will engage their interest and fuel their curiosity, absorbing facts without effort and creating new experiences for you all.
Your youngsters won’t only benefit from the ample fresh air: they will also have the opportunity to run wild and explore this unique ecosystem, creating their own world in the endless countryside.
What's more, most farms offer additional activities such as hot tubs, pony grooming/riding, fishing and animal experiences, and you can even bring your dog to many locations!

Though the canvas hideaways’ kitchens come fully equipped, whichever of our 30 farms you choose to stay at, you’ll experience our honesty shops - full of local produce, yummy treats and glamping essentials to make your short break this summer as easy as can be. Each of our hideaways has a log-burning stove so you can enjoy home-cooked food, or you can light up the BBQ for alfresco dining.
We won’t blame you if you don’t want to roll up your sleeves. You can instead indulge in a pizza night hosted by your farmer, cooked in the rustic brick pizza oven.
Packed with hands-on exploration of the rural countryside, immersive education in the workings of a farm, and endless entertainment, kids of all ages will have something to do at all times, while adults will have peace of mind and boundless comfort, which defines the glamping experience.

Your canvas hideaway consists of three bedrooms, equipped with premium, unbelievably comfortable mattresses. You will find a spacious double bed, a cosy cupboard bed, and a handy bunk bed, ideal for up to 5 adults and a child up to 12 years old. Your kitchen is also fully equipped, guaranteeing the tastiest meals on your own wood-burning stove, and don't forget your own flushing toilet and private shower.
