Flexible Booking Guarantee Terms

These conditions are specifically intended for bookings covered by our flexible booking guarantee, booked between 20th October to 30th November 2023 or 29th December 2023 - 10th April 2024:

Flexible booking

• Reservations covered by the flexible rebooking guarantee will include its mention on the booking confirmation.
• The booking is non-refundable, but you can change the dates of your stay once up to 30 days before arrival, for a different date in 2024, at the same or a different location, at the same or a higher price.
• Charges will only apply if there is a price difference between your new and old dates, any additional costs will be due at the time of rebooking. Rebooking can only be done by contacting our customer service team, click here.
• The flexible booking guarantee doesn't apply to exclusive use bookings, where all accommodations on the farm are reserved by one group.

For guests who booked their stay between 20th October - 14th November 2023 (midday):

£100 deposit offer

• With a £100 deposit, you secure your stay on the desired dates and location.

• Regular payment rules apply as stated in 7.0 in the general terms and conditions for the remaining amount, click here.
• If the booking is cancelled, regular cancellation conditions apply as mentioned in 8.0 in the general terms and conditions, click here.

For guests who booked their stay between 14th November (midday) until 30th November 2023 or 29th December 2023 - 25th January 2024:

10% discount when paying in full offer

• When you pay in full for your 2024 stay at the time of booking, a 10% discount will be automatically applied to the booking.
• If you choose to pay only the deposit or in stages, no discount will be applied to the booking.

For guests who booked their stay between 26th January 2024 - 10th April 2024:

15% deposit offer

• With a 15% deposit, you secure your stay on the desired dates and location.
• Regular payment rules apply as stated in 7.0 in the general terms and conditions for the remaining amount, click here.
• If the booking is cancelled, regular cancellation conditions apply as mentioned in 8.0 in the general terms and conditions, click here.
• We reserve the right to withdraw this promotion early if demand is deemed to be excessive.
