Escape to a simpler life with Charlyne en Florent
Discover Étable des Mauges in Anjou in the triangle of Cholet (30 minutes away), Nantes (1 hour away) and Angers (45 minutes away). At the farm, Florent and Charlyne farm about 100 herd of Salers cows. They also have pigs, rabbits, chickens, goats, sheep, as well as a dog and a cat.The lodges are placed next to the field where the cows graze. Behind the lodges, there is a small, shallow stream where children can play around under parental supervision.
Stay in the heart of the Anjou region
Anjou is a region full of vineyards, and many estates offer a guided tour of their wine cellars where you will be accompanied by a wine tasting activity. Visit the troglodytic villages in Saumur and the underground fortress of Brézé, a unique experience that is only 50 minutes drive from the farm. You can hire canoes and kayaks in Beaupréau-en-Mauges, explore the Natural Parc or sail along the Loire on a boat trip.
What to do at L'Étable des Mauges en Anjou
The farm has a pond where you can fish, so don't forget to bring your fishing gear! A swing, a slide and a seesaw are available on the farm for children to use.
