Warm summer evenings
•

We were all staycationers last summer but what about this year? With the school holidays in sight, many of you will want to take the chance to get off this island to more exotic climes. But lots of people have yet to make up their minds about their holiday destination. For those put off by daily scenes of chaos at the airports and stories of yet more flight cancellations, staying closer to home makes sense, especially for the stress levels. Whether it is for a short break or a week, Feather Down has the pick of the UK covered especially if you are looking for peace and quiet as a family.

As well as logging out, literally, in our wi-fi and electricity free locations, there is scope for buckets of adventure on a Feather Down holiday. There are new friends to make, both animal and human, woods to explore and dens to build. And that's just for the children. Many of our farms have hot tubs you can book for a good old soak in the open air, and there is always that sundowner to toast your holiday too once the kids are in bed.

Because the summer holidays are filling up fast, we've pulled together this handy guide to where the available tents are once the schools break up.

See you there!
