New farms for 2017 have been added to the Feather Down family. Expand your glamping adventure and be one of the first to experience these new farms in the UK as well as in France, The Netherlands and Germany.
Feather Down has just added a beautiful location in Ilfracombe, North Devon. Ilfracombe Farm is close to the area’s most breathtaking beaches, including Woolacombe Bay, voted the best beach in the UK. There’s lots to do on the farm itself as well, with an indoor ball pit which will keep kids entertained for hours.
If you want to venture further afield, why not be one of the first to try our first farm in Switzerland? Wallis Collection is an organic farm which invites you to help out with the hay and feast on delicious local produce.
Fancy a glamping adventure in Ireland, right on the beautiful Irish coast? Discover Loop Head, a seaside glamping retreat which offers yoga classes and hosts small-scale festivals throughout the year.
Or choose to stay in a Log Cabin at Coach House, located in the middle of the woods and close to beautiful Wells, the smallest city in the UK.
On the other side of the pond we have also opened two new farms in the Netherlands. De Welzijnhoeve is an organic dairy farm situated in the beautiful Dutch countryside, between the Rivers Maas and Waal. At Hollum Farm, in Ameland, you can accompany the farmer on a tractor ride along the beach, help out with the animals, or see the last horse-drawn lifeboat in Europe at the nearby Maritime Centre.
Or why not try glamping in France? Grange du Bost is an organic farm in the Dordogne, and its produce includes eggs, honey, walnuts and cereal. La Grange is run by an English couple, so communication will be as easy as at home.
